Hey there, hi there, ho there! Happy Tuesday! Despite the lower back pain & gobs on Bengay I’ve got on my body right now, I’m optimistic as the sun is supposedly coming out later today & I only have 4 more days of prison work this YEAR! Woot Woot! That being said, here are some tidbits for this Tuesday —
I’d like to wish a Very Happy Birthday to Susan today…if you have a moment wish her a Happy Day at Run, Susan, Run. Little tidbit about Susan; she enjoys “circus” (inside joke but let’s pretend you get it, k, thanks!)

Yesterday on one of my marathon conference calls I got stuck on I decided to brighten my spirits further by changing my background to this. Yes, I’m obsessed with Christmas & I’m kind of okay with it.

Also while pretending to pay attention on a conference call I found this tidbit of motivation which I really like —

Constantly improving one’s self is a learning process & I appreciate that. As I continue to study NASM & in reading “The Happiness Project” I am continuing to learn & I encourage you to do the same

This morning despite my lower back stiffness, I was able to get after it with some Tabata Sprints, a plank for #MerryPlanksmas & a LOT LOT LOT of stretching!

Your Trainer Paige’s post on “7 Ways to Progressively Advance Your Plank” caught my eye & effectively distracted the arm-shaking me while I was planking away this morning! Also on deck for distracting me; this amazing “Honey Dijon Vinaigrette” recipe from Peas & Crayons. Yes I look at salad dressing recipes at 6:45am.
