When I got home from work yesterday I really wanted a glass of wine
& to put my fist through the wall but I decided to ante up & knock out a better for me option — a 30-minute flow on YogaGlo. After I got this situation taken care of (a massive mound on your yoga mat!) — it ended up being a great hip opener & leg stretch.
Then it was time for some vino
& not putting my fist through a wall.
Sometimes I plan my workouts the night before, other days I just scan through my
internets lists to see if something jumps out at me. This SomeECard inspired this mornings workout. Work was frustrating yesterday & I knew I’d feel better about it & get motivated to tackle Thursday if I took it out at the gym

Today I’m still waiting to hear what Day #8 of The Chocolate Mile’s #21Days will be. So far I’ve been doing well with workouts & pretty decent with food minus some indulgences this past weekend. That’s what it’s all about though, enjoying those things in moderation & keeping on track the rest of the time Luckily the letter we wrote to ourselves on Day #1 of #21Days is going to carry over for another use…WEGO’s Nat’l Health Blog Post Month Day #8 — the letter I wrote includes some promises to myself for my health
Last night I got an email from a great girlfriend & this was an excellent reminder after the kind of day I’d had. This can cary over into any aspect of your life, relationships, work, family, friends…TAKE THAT unhealthy parts of your life!
This morning after I
made love to knocked out the Burpee’s I was driving home & was instantly put in a great mood when I saw the park near our house filled with folks…
