Busy, busy, busy weekend just getting things done! I need another weekend just to relax! Saturday after a long walk, cleaning the house & running a ton of errands I headed down to my Mom’s for dinner. Have wine, will travel…didn’t want to forget the vino so stashed it in my
Dinner & the games that followed were awesome & I left my Mom’s Saturday evening feeling so thankful for my family
Sunday morning I headed out to meet a friend for a walk, it was a
frickin’ cold ass crisp Fall morning & great to catch-up while we walked. Then it was a grocery store run & home to bake a quick batch of cookies & start some crockpot soup (recipe coming this week. When I got home I was surprised with some “Just Because Flowers” —
Then it was time to head out to a chili/football/birthday/Sunday Funday party! I was going to post yesterday to try to keep up with the challenges I hooked-up with for November but was far too busy eating corn muffins & washing them down with wine enjoying myself to try to squeeze in a post. It was such a fun afternoon capped off my a lazy nap & a low-key evening. Sometimes you need to unplug, those are the best evenings
Today is Day #5 “11/5/12- Day 5: Make your goals for the week! Make them reasonable and commit to completing them!”. Since I just recapped my October Goals & mentioned I was not going to set November ones thanks to other things keeping me accountable, I guess my mind is getting changed…setting weekly goals seems doable though. This week I commit to —
- Study 3 more chapters of NASM material.
- Eat more clean than I did this past weekend
- Do yoga at least one night after work.

wine & corn muffins kicked out of me usual Trainer Time Monday workout this morning & sprints at 10mph are scary!
