La Di Da

Happy Hump Day!  I am in the “La Di Da” mindset today…it seems to be helping with work stress.  It is also probably somewhat due to the cold meds I pumped myself full of at 1am when I woke-up all stuffy!  Sleep is one of my best cures for a cold and last night I got a solid 9-hours only getting up once for meds.  When I woke-up this morning I felt pretty good!  I knocked out an hour long TRX workout at the gym this morning…I love these things because you use all of your own bodyweight and it is surprisingly challenging.  This is what my workout looked like…

Afterwards I wanted a vitamin packed breakfast to continue to help these germs get the heck out of my body.  I made a green smoothie with all this junkity junk in it….

Now I’m taking a short break from a jam-packed work day.  I keep having major IT issues that are not helping this day…but oh well.  When I do have an IT disaster I usually take a Twitter break and read an interesting article or 2.  Here are a few which caught my eye today;
